Based in Ada with my husband and four kids, I love giving back to my community, from coaching youth sports to serving on industry boards.
Whether guiding clients through the mortgage process or volunteering locally, I’m committed to making a difference.

Hi, I’m Ryanne!
I’ve been working alongside Mallory for over four years and proudly serve as the Team Lead for Team Mallory. My role is all about keeping things running smoothly; staying organized, answering questions, and troubleshooting wherever I can.
I’ve been in the mortgage industry since college and turned it into a career I love.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a processor, instructional coach, and now am the Team Lead for Mortgages with Mallory! I thrive on making the mortgage process seamless for both our team and our clients.
Stephanie Fullerton

Hi, I’m Stephanie!
Originally from Grand Blanc and now living in Lowell, MI, I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2014 and joined the team in 2024. With a background in sales, I love connecting with clients and helping them take the first steps toward homeownership.
I’m married with two kids and a huge dog lover; I even used to breed dogs! I’m passionate about building relationships and making the pre-approval process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Haley Layson

Hi, I’m Haley!
I started my mortgage career in 2020 and have had the opportunity to work in several roles within the mortgage industry, from underwriting to processing and as a loan officer. Now, I am excited to set into my role as one of Mallory’s Licensed Pre-Approval Specialists.
Having worked with Mallory before, I’m thrilled to be back and ready to help make the loan process smooth and stress-free for our clients.
I look forward to bringing my knowledge and experience to the team and helping more people achieve their homeownership goals!
