I grew up in small-town Portland, Michigan, where I was a standout student and played basketball and softball. Softball brought me to Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, and I graduated in 2009 with a dual major in business and communications.

The job market was rough that year, so I took the first offer I got, at a local mortgage company. I learned the business from the ground up and fell in love with it. Seventeen-plus years later, I've grown from a solo loan officer into Team Mallory, I'm one of the top mortgage originators in Michigan and nationwide, and I've made President's Club year after year.

What matters most to me is education. Whether you're writing your first offer or refinancing, I want you to understand every step and feel confident in every decision.

My husband Jake and I have four kids, Maylee, Kasen, Kallan and Macklyn, plus a golden retriever named Bingo. In my spare time you'll find me at the ball fields cheering the kids on (and sometimes coaching). I'm an active member of the Women's Council of Realtors, GRAR and the TVBSL baseball and softball league, where I volunteer my time.

Hi, I’m Lauren!

I’ve been working alongside Mallory for over four years and proudly serve as the Team Lead for Team Mallory. My role is all about keeping things running smoothly; staying organized, answering questions, and troubleshooting wherever I can.

I’ve been in the mortgage industry since college and turned it into a career I love.

Over the years, I’ve worked as a processor, instructional coach, and now am the Team Lead for Mortgages with Mallory! I thrive on making the mortgage process seamless for both our team and our clients.

Hi, I’m Stephanie!

Originally from Grand Blanc and now living in Lowell, MI, I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2014 and joined the team in 2024. With a background in sales, I love connecting with clients and helping them take the first steps toward homeownership.

I’m married with two kids and a huge dog lover; I even used to breed dogs! I’m passionate about building relationships and making the pre-approval process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Hi, I’m Haley!

I started my mortgage career in 2020 and have had the opportunity to work in several roles within the mortgage industry, from underwriting to processing and as a loan officer. Now, I am excited to set into my role as one of Mallory’s Licensed Pre-Approval Specialists.

Having worked with Mallory before, I’m thrilled to be back and ready to help make the loan process smooth and stress-free for our clients.
